I would try one. I have 1" ultradots on everything else.

While I like the overall size & weight, the 2 min dot would give me issues. One of my 1"UD's and a Tasco PDP-3 had a 2 min and gave me fits trying to control it. I've tried the 30mm UD's and the 1" UDs and have settled on the 1"UD's with the 4 min dot as the best for my purposes. It worked better for me than anything from 2 min to 8 min.

I wonder how the 100M parralax free setting would affect 50 and 25yd shooting? The Matchdots say they are parralax free at 50yds. I wouldn't like the 2min. dot either. I shoot the 6min. dot on the matchdots. Probably because I got used to the black dot in the Hebbard 1X Burris scope.
