Does it have the bracket like this one?

No bracket, has two snaps to hold it to pistol box. And one snap to close it.
Works great to hold water bottle in the summer, other wise holds extra glasses.

I’ve never seen that particular style but I have the canvas type that bwood referenced. It attaches to the box with two snaps installed at the upper edge of the box and there is a snap in between those to keep it closed. They are still sold a champions choice at Perry although they are gray in color where mine in black.

I have a couple of the leather ones. I think that Gil Hebard sold them back in the day. Their longevity is a credit to how well they were made.

True story! I don't think the cows grow leather this thick anymore

That Bulleit Bourbon bag looks way better than a Crown Royal bag. I would be happy to have one of those hanging on my box. But I am from Tennessee, what would you expect?
That is why my Crown bag stays hidden in the shooting bag. Then I only put my empty cases in when no one is looking.
