I usually reload 45 ACP with Winchester Large Pistol Primer without any problems.. lately I had a couple of misfire and some weak reactions to the shot and low on the target.. it maybe this lot's fault..or what else?

What kind of powder?  Type of reloading press?  Are you measuring your powder drops?  Seems to me that if the primer ignites the powder then it's more likely that you have a smaller than required powder charge.

I’ve loaded with Fiocchi, which is more local to you, and had no issues.

I guess I don’t understand how a shot low on the target would be the primers fault. As long as the primer ignites the powder how can it be a primer issue?

Yes, I don't understand too..I can only think less powder on the primer and cannot ignites 100% the powder or some hunidity on the primer powder.. a couple misfire too..

Perhaps you should contact Winchester with details including the lack of performance and the lot number of the suspect primers.  They may decide to reimburse you and send a different lot of primers to use.  It's worth a try.

Is the primer brass tarnished? Do you know how old they are and how theyy were stored? Ozone from motors and humidity are a big cause.

Degraded primers will result in low and erratic ignition and velocity. I’ve had it happen and proved beyond a doubt that it was the primer.
