need .45 acp wadcutter lead ammunition

Hello shooters,

I've researched most pages here looking for lead, wadcutter loaded ammunition. I'll be darned, I can't find any. I've also searched many places on the internet using varied title search words applicable and none found. I have no interest in taking much time to learn to load and then the time to load. I find shooting much more enjoyable. My wife bought me a fly tying set years ago. I spent a couple hours setting up and reading and tied one lousy fly. I then went to the fly fishing store and bought 10 flies for $10 and went fishing. Same here, I'd like to shoot with my time. I'm willing to pay for ammo. Ammo isn't really "gear" so I'm asking her instead of buy/sell forum. I'm 67 and my prior loader older and died. Is anyone here interested in selling your loaded ammo to me? I live in North Idaho and can pay shipping. I'm interested in .45 acp ammo that shoots in the middle and doesn't break my old elbow. Please let me know of any supply from anywhere. I can help you pay for your own ammunition. Thank you.

PS: I have two coffee cans full of once fired, large primer .45 acp brass.

I’ve used his loads,  No complaints.

Wilson Combat offers a 200 gr lead SWC remanufactured load.
It is in the velocity range of 770 fps.

It may be worth considering a switch to jacketed for availability of loaded ammo. 185 jacketed loads are available from several sources, and in a properly setup gun are actually quite pleasant to shoot.  

Also fwiw for someone to manufacture and sell ammo they load, they technically need an 06 FFL, among other things.

I would agree with calling them.  A few years ago I was waiting a couple months for a bullet to show back up in stock.  I finally called them to see if I could get an ETA on when they might have any and sure enough that had what I wanted in stock and shipped it right out.

Hello Shooters,

Thank you all for response and help. I went to Facebook for Loadermonkey and failed. The web page is working today but 5 days ago not so. Funny, you can ad to cart something that costs something only. I went to Roze and listed 19 boxes of .45 lead individually but you can't buy 10 to get 500? I hope you all understand why loaders go out of business. You have to allow customers to buy your product!! I did get a phone number for Loadermonkey from Facebook and left a message 3 days ago without a return call. Loadermonkey web page says to call or email for price without providing a phone number or email. Thank you all for resources and I'll contune to try and stuff some money into sellers pockets.

PS: I called Roze and talked to Allison, a real sweetheart. She's going to check in back and call me back for ammo requested.

Call Roze. They just aren't good at the internet. Every time I've called, I got a real person, and they've been very friendly.
