Center Fire Gun Choice
Assuming I ever get marginally competent at 25yd slow fire with my Pardini SP Bullseye and want to compete, I'm evaluating options for a center fire gun. I currently have a 9mm SIG P210A Target and a 9mm Pardini GT9 (6" version), both of which to date I've only shot two-handed and at mostly 10 yds.
Are either of these really suitable for one-handed bullseye work or am I better off springing for a .32 ACP conversion for my SP Bullseye? Oh, and I don't ever plan on shooting .45 since I spent years reloading tens of thousands of shotgun shells in 4 gauges for skeet and don't want to ever look at another reloader again.

9 should work fine for 25 yd bullseye to begin with.

Sig P210 Target is very accurate for a 9mm.

If you do not want to reload ammo then a 32ACP conversion is not a good choice. Good 32ACP target ammo is very difficult to find. If you intend to shoot mostly at 25 yards the Pardini 32SWL conversion is a better choice, good ammo is available, but not cheap.
There are many threads on this forum about the SIG P210A.

Both guns you own are exceptional options for precision pistol shooting.

Your Pardini GT9 has/can be adjusted to have a great trigger and should be able to shoot clean scores from the factory at the 25 yards you mention with good ammo

Re: Center Fire Gun Choice
I would go with the SIG but either should be excellent. Atlanta Arms Ammo by most accounts is the best for BE at 50 yards. I would shoot a few 2700's 22 only before moving up to 9mm. If you are scoring in the 90's TF and RF then move up to CF.

Thanks for all the input. I have a long way to go before I'm shooting in the 90's. In the meantime, I'll practice one-handed with both guns and see how I fare. The Sig fits my hand better but the sights and adjustable trigger on the Pardini are nicer.

I currently have one like that on order for my Pardini SPBE. If all goes well my P210 may be sporting a matching outfit.
