Yes, the choice of vendors is shrinking rapidly. This is sad to see.MkFiji wrote:Looks like new orders are on hold from the front page of their website. Eerily reminds me of brazo’s

Is because of an increase in volume? Or, decrease in manufacturing support.

Couple of reasons come to mind, the loss of the support for the machines and the aging of the people in the bullet making business.

Re: Bayou Bullets on Hold
I have been happy with 200gr SWCs from T&B bullets. They might not be X-ring shooting bullets but they are solid 10-ring bullets.

Looks like they recently raised their prices slightly from 216/2000 to 232/2000, but that is still pretty decent with free shipping, and the shipping is prompt. I've shot at least 4,000 of them. Last month I shot my PB long line, 97-3X, using these over 4.1gr WST in my M1955 revolver.
The Zero swaged bullets are a great product but I prefer coated bullets for how clean they shoot. Especially because a lot of my bullets go into revolvers and I find cleaning forcing cones to be a really unpleasant chore, one which I prefer to do as infrequently as possible.
