Eley Match .22 Ammo--EPS

Shooters,

Have any of you shooters had any experience with Eley Match EPS (Flat Bullet) in semi-auto pistols?  Does it function in a semi-auto?

I have been offered some, but at those prices I would want to be sure of function and feeding before I layed out over $100 for a brick!!

I have shot a ton of the flat-nose EPS ammo out of semi-autos over the last 10-15 years (can't remember when Eley introduced the EPS), and it has functioned as well as round-nose .22LR for me. This has mostly been out of a Walther GSP.

You really will want to try it in the intended pistol before buying a case of it though :/

Works in my Marvel, not my High Standard. Marvel has a nice feedramp, the HS has the square shoulder and the bullet deforms on it and jams.

Functions perfectly out of my 208s.  Ransom rested it today, just over 3/4", 10 shot groups at 50 yards.

Works great in my Pardini.

no problems in my AW93 either.
