EXTREAM BULLSEYE

This is kind of aiming at the run and gun guys. But it is a way to justify having a turning
target system to other club members that can't understand why we shoot Bullseye
I have got a lot of interest from the run and gun guys. mostly because of no waiting to shoot
We are shooting on the turning targets every other shooting spot so we can shoot 8 guys at one relay
and with every other spot you are not eating the other guys brass. We put 8 barrels out 10yds
from the targets. We are using the NRA B-29 targets on the Bullseye cardboard. We start at low ready position no holsters

Stage 1.  20 Seconds. STRONG HAND. 5 shots Mag. Change 5 shots. to body

Stage 2.  20 Seconds. TWO HANDED. 5 Shots to Head Mag. Change 5 Shots to body

Stage 3.  10 Seconds. WEAK HAND.  5 Shots to body. Do this 2 times 10 Shots Total

Stage 4.  10 Seconds. TWO HANDED. 5 Shots Mag. Change 5 Shots To body
                                                          Do this 2 times for 20 Shots Total

Sounds fun. Almost every pistol game sounds fun.

Sounds fun, I always thought it would be fun to do 10 shots in 15 seconds with a mag change on a standard 25 yard bullseye target.  Shot from 25 yards, 5 rounds per mag and you must shoot 5 before mag change / no hot mag changes.

The run and gun guys think we are nuts for shooting 25yd

Ran the new game this week and got a lot of good feed back
No Bullseye guys shooting all from the Action group
some ran the course 3 times with anything from 22's, BUG GUNS
and the usual Action Pistol guns

Running this again this year getting pretty good turn out the run and gun guys think it is
easy till they get to the 10 in 10 or the weak hand

Sounds fun, but why only 5 shots before a mag change? Seems like it would be better training to shoot until dry and then maybe follow up with a partial mag, etc. I'm just looking at the training aspect.

We need to all shoot the same amount of rounds for scoreing
and so all guns are the same what ever the capacity of the gun
and I wanted work on the skills all action pistol shooters have trouble with
weak hand, one handed, and mag. changes
and with this game we can shoot 50 rounds with 8 people shooting at the same time
in 20 min. We are still working on new stages. My goal is to shoot and not stand around
Also some of the more seasoned shooters don't move around so good any more
but still like to shoot with this they can stand in one place and still get challanged

And also with 40 guys shooting action pistol per week
and maybe 10 shooting Bullseye it is a way to justify having
a turning target system or to get a club to put them in
I have already had guys say you shoot these at 50yd.!!!!!

I see. Still looks like a lot of fun and all trigger time/ gun handling time is good. I'm sure that your participants appreciate your efforts.
