Is There An Opportunity With All These Kmarts Closing?
Perhaps they could become gun shops with indoor Bullseye ranges? Heck a lot of them could be 200 or even 300 yard long rifle ranges.

The cost to setup a commercial indoor range is several million dollars these days.

Blaine opened one up and felt they would break even after 8 years. They now say they will break even after 3. They sell guns and let you fire 5 or 10 rounds for $20 in the gun you are considering. If you buy it the $20 is knocked off. Their prices are high but they do a ton of business.

Sears bought the kmart chain to get the very valuable properties they owned, im sure they have bigger plans for them that gun ranges.

Zoning, OSHA, HAZ/Mat and EPA hurdles are an absolute nightmare...
