P-100 ammo? Empty P-100 ammo?

Does the new ammo change apply only to the EIC and not to P-100? Is there an ammo change to the Presidents Hundred Match? Or, is it still a 230 gr FMJ bullet requirement for 1911?

The changes apply to P-100 also. It's in the new rulebook
