In all the years i've ordered 22 ammo by the case. They were the only ones who offered to replace ammo when the UPS boys played the "how far can I drop this heavy box" game.  They offered to let me try some of the damaged ammo to check on reliability. As it worked out there were no issues. But the offer was appreciated.
Granted this was pre covid, so it's possible things may have changed.
