All 6 that the seller had for sale are already gone. Coincidence that you ask because I just got mine today. I would contact the seller and ask when he will have more in stock. That's what I did the last time he sold out. Here's the old auction ...Black_Talon wrote:Do you have a link for us that are too lame to be able to find this on ebay?

Australia, China and yours came from Canada. I would buy this other scope over all the high price spreads.

They will focus down to 50' and work great.
I wonder what the exchange rate is? Might not be as expensive as it looks at first read.

Re: NG 20x33 Spotting Scope
The only reason I mentioned Australia is because I couldn't see an option on their website for shipping to the US. Yes, the dollar is strong at the moment - good for US buyers. This is one of the reasons I'm in the process of importing a few guns. And for the Chinese made NG, I had to swallow hard on that one. The quality doesn't seem to be bad though.OldMaster64 wrote:Australia, China and yours came from Canada. I would buy this scope over all the high price spreads.

Here's a pic of the diminutive NG scope mounted on my unused by me yet GunHo box. I plan to try it out in a few days.

Must be scope week as I couldn't resist picking up a NOS Kowa TS-501 scope yesterday. It will be interesting to see how the Kowa and NG compare.

both are good, the kowa will be a little better at 50 yds due to larger lens.

Re: NG 20x33 Spotting Scope
So what is the consensus? Is the Kowa worth the few extra bucks or go with the NG as it weighs less and is smaller? Optics and quality decent? I know Kowa makes great stuff, I have an old TSN-1 I used for High Power Rifle.Must be scope week as I couldn't resist picking up a NOS Kowa TS-501 scope yesterday. Re: NG 20x33 Spotting Scope
I have acquired an old Kowa TS9 20x50mm angled scope, an old Bushnell Sentry II 25x50mm and a small NG. The two old scopes needed to be taken apart and cleaned but I like them better than the small NG. My main scope is a Minox M50W which allows me to get a better 50 yards image. The NG is handy but there are performance trade-offs due to the small size.

Wow ! $500 ?
I'd get the most Kowa that $500 buys me (if I didn't already).
