Standing height bench rest?

Is there such a thing as a standing height bench rest or something to place on a bench to bring it up to standing height?  The problem with shooting on a lower bench rest is it often changes the POI from standing height when trying to zero in a sight.

JMO but I think that unless I found some way to brace my body it would have too much movement to get meaningful results.
Your body core needs to be just as stable as your rest.
