Has Anyone Tried This Ammo?
I stopped at a local gunshop today and saw this ammo. It's packed 300 rds in a flat box that looks as if it might contain ammo in 50 or 100 rd boxes. The box is the same blue color as the newer SV I've seen (very few of). It was priced @
$35.95 for the 300 ct box.
Have any of you shot this ammo. Would you reccomend it?
The boxing would indicate it's similiar to SV in quality. High priced for that.
They also had Fed Autoloader 325 for $29.95 which I bought to try.

Federal Automatch was good ammo in my Marvel longslide. Shot 9/16" at 50. Never heard of Autoloader. Good luck.

I think the ammo is "AR TACTICAL 22LR from CCI??? I have some of this but I haven't used it in my SW 41. I bought it to shoot in a semi rifle. It should be OK. But I have no idea on its accuracy.

Yes, the AR tactical is not so great. I put it in the plinker category. Better than Remington but lnog as good as SV or even Auto Match. I've had decent results from auto match but it is super sonic

"CCI" 1200fps and it may have been marked as bulk.

Re: Has Anyone Tried This Ammo?
This stuff was priced @ $35.75 for the 300 rds. I wonder what the price might be if & when the unmentionable changes.
Most of the commrnts here re ammo is a strong pref for CCI sv. In our testing we always showed 2 or 3 flyers per group, the rest in the X ring. Aguila & Eley Sport didn't have the flyers and never misfired where CCi did and there were always complaints and discussions re: paper, plastic & who was making it.
That is all one man's exp.........Today it's whatever you can get w/o a mortgage or sacrificing your first born.

Jon,
And that is what mine is. Thanks Jon. Sorry to all for posting inaccurate info.
I paid $29.95 for mine.....what did it go for before the shortage?

$14.97 or something like that at Walmart. I haven't used any since obummer was reelected. I've heard mixed reviews on it from local fellow shooters . I shot a 100 -8X at 50 yds with it once. I loved the stuff.

I recall when it first hit the market. The &29.95 for 325 rds is the most I've ever paid for 22 rf ammo. I am fortunate my usage is so small but on the other hand I wish I could still shoot respectable thus need a lot more?? I had a decent inventory when the shortage started and have not had to look for ammo. Now as the supply steadily dwindles I'm keeping an eye out for reasonable priced stuff to get me through these lean yrs. If things do not break our way in fall of '16 God help us all.

I have shot 600 rounds of the AR Tac ammo through my Buckmark. Not one failure. Vances in Columbus has it for $24.95 a box. I think it is good practice ammo.
