Single action for DP?
Does anyone shoot single action revolvers in D.P.? I'm finding I'm shooting my single actions almost a good as my 1911, .22 conversion, and Smith 17. Just wondering.
Thanks,
Kurt

Interesting the way you worded the question. You can not legally shoot SA only revolvers in the DSR (Distinguished Service Revolver) match. A lot of shooters on this forum shoot their SA/DA revolvers single action only. I am one of those that regularly fire CF, .45 and the DSR match with a wheel gun. I always shoot SA but others do well with DA. My scores don't seem to magically improve when I shoot a wheel gun, but I enjoy it. You can actually shoot a single action (only) revolver in every match except the one you asked about. If you were not asking about the DSR match (revolver match you can get distinguished in) then my answer was probably wrong for you.
