Status of Perry Drainage System??

Does anyone know the status of the proposed drainage system at Perry? Has it been installed on the pistol ranges?

I saw some photos of drain tile being installed....I can't remember where I found them though....

Yes, and always take your raincoat to the line.   Even if you see only one cloud a couple of miles to the west.  

And the black garbage bag to cover the gun box. He says remembering the lowest level filled up with water to the lip. And yes, it was closed.
