I thought this was fantastic service!

I had a 4" Springfield 1911 customized by Springfield a few years back. They did great work and turned it around much faster than promised. i love working with these folks.

Their customer tech, warranty work craftsmanship, timely return and overall customer service is first rate.  I've never had a product (RO) with as great service.

I sent my Trophy Match slide in on a Monday to have a rail put on and had it back that friday.
