Nill-Griffe M41 Grips
What are the possibilities of finding a used set of KM Nill-Griffe grips for a S&W Model 41? I didn't put this in the classifieds because I'm not in the position to buy at this moment but I'd like to purchase a set eventually and brand new they are not cheap. I was hoping maybe used I could find a better deal. However because they aren't cheap I fear even used it's still a pricey item. Just looking to see whats out there. \
Funny I don't actually need them for a M41. I have a muzzleloader built to mimic a M41 and uses M41 grips. So if you guys can shed some light on cost and availability that would be helpful. Thanks!

I think your best bet is to keep an eye out in the classified section and on E-bay but it might be a long wait. Good luck and would love to see the pistol your putting them on.

Maybe the Bullseye gods will smile on you but usually, as someone who has bought six pieces of Rink furniture and sold three, someone who ponies up for Nill grips has a pretty good idea what they want. I should also mention the Rink grips I listed for sale at TargetTalk usually sold within 2 to 4 hours of posting.

Got any idea what hand size your looking for? I guess they only come in two sizes since they adjust but just curious. I have some extra lg coming that may be too small.

I thought they has S, M, L, and XL. If size is like looking for a glove set then I need Medium... I think. Maybe Large. I had a set of Vitarbo's once for a Ruger and didn't like them due to the fact that they weren't adjustable. I knew what I was getting but I didn't expect to have so many gaps and space where I wanted contact and just couldn't get it.

They only have these listed in Xlg or Medium. They do make 3 other styles but some are one size fits all. There must be enough adjustment.

Looking again I see a Lg for right hand..oops

Those are the ones I'd want to find. I see Medium's are available. I don't think XL would work.

There is some sizing info on this thread at Targettalk: http://ttorg.targettalk.net/viewtopic.php?t=51965&p=248332
Poster Gwhite on that thread has some good comparison charts for sizing between manufacturers.

I also had a problem with Vitarbo's but totally opposite. I bought a set of Xlg from a Forum member and thought I would give them a try. I am sure if I made a fist I would have broke the sides off. I traded them for 1000 bullets to a friend and we both were happy.
