I use the Springfield mags that came with my Range Officer. Haven't changed anything and they work perfectly with semiwadcutters and Zero 185 JHP. Maybe I just lucked out but they're going strong for a couple of years now.

Re: Are the correct WC mags???
I've had good luck with almost all mags with the WCs. The only ones that gave me trouble was the Wilsons, I bought quite a few, and just don't feed right in my guns.
Also, I bought some Colts on Commercial row at Perry, they fed just fine, but the seam split. I'm wondering if they were Chinese knock offs. The base plate was stamped "Colt .45 Auto" just like some others I have, but these fell apart after just a couple uses.
I have some older Colts with the pony stamp on the base plate also, which are good.
The Metal forms with the rounded follower is my favorite, its what I would buy if I needed more.
