Gander mountain of all places has CCI SV for $3.49 a box, AND Free Shipping, And a $10 mail in rebate, And if its more that $100 worth, a free T-shirt also. I bought a case, but had to pay $22 sales tax on it. Came to a total of $371.  Here is a link:  CCI SV

Rumor is (Reuters) Gander is deciding if they should file for bankruptcy, so keep an eye out for deals as they need cash.
