Casting 9mm bullseye bullets
Posted this question on castbullets.com as well. I figure those here may be better in the know. Want to give my XDM 5.25 match a go at some CMP match shooting next year. Gun seems to like 147gr JHP from zero but I'd love to be able to cast up some and give them a try. Was wondering if anyone here has cast some 9mm bullets and had good luck. Kind of give me a starting point. Those molds aint cheap...LOL
Thanks

You might want to read the CMP rules before spending any time or money on this.

Oh yea, I don't think cast is allowed..Cast would be for practice. Pretty sure the XDM is allowed however...Heading to rules nowCR10X wrote:You might want to read the CMP rules before spending any time or money on this.

Cecil is right, no lead bullets. But plated is allowed now. I've had good luck with Xtreme Bullets plated 45's, 870's with the wadgun.

+1 XDM is allowed, I think there was one in the top 10 of the Presidents 100.
