Opinions on the HAMMR?

Is the HAMMR shooting machine a good lower cost option to the Ransom or is it not worth considering? I've found one with the 1911 set-up but I don't know if I should consider it.

A few Smith's use it rather than a ransom

Owned several. They work pretty well given the cost..

I did away with the cable remote firing deal and made a thumb rest like the ransom to fire the pistol.
10-32 shoulder bolt if memory serves.

Sold a new in the box one for $300 a few years back on fleebay.
