Training Notes
Its for Olympic style 10 meter air, but LOTS of good notes and training ideas!
I especially like:
"Focus on a single thing to train per training session." I would have had a slightly different list, but the ones give are a good start.
"You can not compete in training nor train in competition. There’s a wall of emotions separating both.
Training = learning (conscious, control)
Competing = execution (subconscious, let go)"

I linkified that for you Cecil. It’s a good one.
This is going to be the note I try to take to heart. Slow down, move away from the “instant gratification”, and be patient.

It will take me one year to see the results of changes.

Re: Training Notes
I printed that web page to a pdf and included it in my bullseye shooting folder. It was reassuring to read that a world class coach (also) believes the primary focus should be on the trigger.
