Ah good old JayBar. He and I went round and round on the feedramp thing.
"The 102-107 High Standard pistols do not have a feed ramp"
The HS do have a feedramp just like the one in your 1911. It's part of the frame.
And JayBar's "vary due to manufacturing tolerances" is the truth.
Tolerances seemed to vary more and more from the 60s to 80s.
