Hammerli 208s trigger weight
I am giving consideration to increasing the trigger pull weight of my Hammerli 208s to 3#, or at least 2.5#. It is currently 2.25#. Before I start turning screws, is the gun capable of a 3# trigger pull without damaging parts. Thanks for the insight.

Thanks Jon. My League Director has told me if something can go wrong with a gun, it would be me who finds it. So I thought I would check first. Now where is that electric screw driver.....

Joy to shoot I would stay away from electric triggers. A cordless impact driver is much better . Sorry I can't help myself.

In all seriousness why do you want a heavier trigger? Is it to have the trigger on your 208 be the same as your 45? And will having them be the same gain you points with the 45 without losing points with the 22?
Have fun and let us know how it works out.
