Mainspring housing polishing tools

First topic message reminder :

Does anyone have the Brownells Mainspring Housing Polishing tools (fine/medium) that I could borrow to polish out the inside of of a couple of mainspring housings with?

I have 2000.  Do I win?     I found a similar thing in my M41 that was due to a sharp edge on the spring.   Make sure you knock down any sharp ends while you are in there.

If you know where to look you can get 8000 grit.

I’ll see your 8000 and raise 12000.  I use these for finishing finishes, such as polishing lacquer on guitars.

Or better yet, I am all in at 200,000.  I use a few different diamond sprays for power honing engraving tools, not this one, but let’s just be crazy about it.

For the record, I wasn't judging anyone. I had never heard of this practice, and I was (and am) legitimately curious.
