I can't buy it in CA but there is a Clark 38 special longlide for sale on the next Rock Island auction.  I know no anything about the condition but if your a fan of such beasts it might be worth checking out. A few other older bulleye 1911's as well.

If it’s over 50 years old you can C&R into California.

Looked like a few of them are, I don't really need another 1911 but I always hope to see a Bob Chow 1911 that nobody else notices, don't think that is likely
