SA RO specific optic rail
Show of hands?
Who's interested in an optic rail specifically for the RO? It will stop short of the rear sight and have a slot milled to clear the front sight. 3 mounting screws (#6 or #.
This way you can remove the rail to shoot service pistol and still have irons in place and zeroed.

That's what I had planned to do with the rail I just got from you!Jon Eulette wrote:Show of hands?

I have a RO that I may turn into a second wad gun. I’d go with a rail like that probably. Certainly provides this sport and shooters on a budget with limited guns options. I like options.

Might end up being your best seller. Local guy did my RRA rib about a year ago. Looks good. Works as designed. Advise the buyers to use Loctite 222 purple for easy removal.

Here's a pair of Ranger officers that were waiting to have a cross slot at the rear for the rear ring. And then a screenshot of a PDF of the mount I intend to make. Which is actually very similar to the twin pistols.

Re: SA RO specific optic rail
I'd be interested in one as well, if it's not too late.
Funny thing is I don't even have a RO yet, but I'm getting very close to getting one. Just need to find "The One" I want to bring home.
