My Remington R1 has several thousand rounds threw it and I think it’s time to tighten it back up. I have 13  thousandth difference between the barrel and the inside of the bushing. What is the bullseye spec?

Several thousand rounds (6,000-7,000?) isn't very much for a pistol. I hope you mean several 10's of thousands of  rounds. 0.013" wear in less than 10k rounds means something is wrong.

Just curious and not questioning your judgement or measurement skills but was .013 when the slide was locked up?

No sir my lugs are still sharp and lock up tight. I don’t have use my wrench anymore and can easily remove the Bushing. There was .013 difference from the OD of my barrel .0575 to the ID of the bushing of .588

It was probably not the right size in the first place; loose. Very possible there was a burr on backside of the ID of the bushing and it wore off from shooting it. Bushings barely wear at all. I have 30 year old pistols with minimal wear. I recently bought a 1965 Colt Kit gun 45 and the bushing is nice and right! High mileage pistol! So you should see an improvement from fitting a new bushing.

This R1 made me retire my Gold Cup! Hands down it’s the best 45 I have ever shot and from a Ranson it was 1 7/8 at 50 out of the box. I have been thinking how many rounds it has through it and to the best I can come up with is 43000 plus. I have seen a down tick in my scores   Lately. I went from low 860’s to a 820 at Perry. I would call a good shot and see a 7 then later on I would call a 8 and is a X so I know something was or is wrong. But now it’s being addressed and it will be just like new!!!!
