Feeding the Model 52-2
Trying some Penn Bullets undersized double-bevel based wadcutters of 0.356 and 0.357". All 148 g.
Recommended is pointing the sprue towards nose. (Flat towards powder)
Anybody been here, done that for accuracy testing?

Re: Feeding the Model 52-2
I have three M52s. NONE of them shoot well with anything other than a HBWC. If I were you, I would load FLAT towards powder, but not get my hopes up for groups less than 2" at 25 yds. Keep velocity under 800fps, as that is what the gun was designed for.
Also, why undersized bullets? Even with a 0.355" groove diameter, my guns do best with 0.358.

+1 I've had leading problems with bullets under .358". My go to bullet is the Speer HBWC. Just my 2cents.
