It may be worth your while to measure a factory new round and compare it to your reload.

If the bulge is one side, then the bullet did not get a good straight start.
If it passes the plunk test, it will shoot fine.

If it plunks it is OK. 9mm is a tapered round and the carbide sizer is straight so the case mouth will be undersized when the base is correct. When the case is expanded and the bullet seated, the “Coke bottle “ shape occurs. I have to use a Lee U die for some of my pistols so my reloads look worse than yours but they always work. The only down side is the brass is worked harder but I have never had a failure due to it.

Thanks for the replies. These are 45 rounds. Is the plunk test just putting them in the chamber checker?

Plunk test is the chamber you are shooting it out of.
Sometimes its "Plunk and turn".
