Depends on condition and the age of the conversion. For a range of values anywhere from $1100-$1600. Not much by today’s standards.

Did it come with a test target? A new Clark hardball 1911 runs $2,645 or $1,400 done one a 1911 you send to them. For bullseye shooters, mechanical condition is everything. Appearance isn't so important to most serious competitors. Post a pic!

It also depends on which Clark built, worked on etc. As already stated, pics and make sure to include one of the bottom of the slide. Should be a year (last 2) that the pistol was built.

Yep, ‘73, Clark shark tooth stippling.
Still need a picture of the underside of the slide showing any signature marks or dates

Probably, but, if you remove the slide stop pin and remove the slide assembly intact you should see some information on the bottom

That’s no longer a “Hardball” as service guns do not allow the rib. So someone attached the rib. That makes it a “standard” wad gun from an unknown source. The “Clark” marking has become virtually meaningless at this point.

I wouldn’t take it that far, it’s a rail vs. iron sights. Doesn’t affect the build in any way.Wobbley wrote:That’s no longer a “Hardball” as service guns do not allow the rib. Probably anywhere from $12-1600 depending on buyer. Not a true hardball gun anymore, so from a “collectors” perspective that hurts it a bit. My number is just a guess from watching GB, real value is what someone is willing to pay, could be less, could be more.

Guesstimating on BE-LWobbley wrote:Depends on condition and the age of the conversion. For a range of values anywhere from $1100-$1600. Not much by today’s standards.
Is frame to slide fit tight or loose? Is the barrel still locking up good or it shot loose? Most older Clark’s are loose. Is it a Tuner gun?
Did someone screw with the gun after it was built by Clark? Very common by the way.
So it boils down to what is someone willing to pay regardless of asking price.
