Hilton Firearms Victor barrel

I haven't uncovered much about this nicely finished 8" barrel. He was apparently out of Conifer Colorado, retired to California and is unavailable via telephone. Does anyone here have "hands-on" experience with this Hilton Firearms Victor barrel?

Just purchased the victor high standard barrel for my HS 103 .It shoots good .Looks like this one has the extra weight screwed on and a full rail. Will fit most HS with stud mount. I put on the short rail with a vortex Venom
