Trijicon 1911 mount

Anyone know if the above would work on a SA Garrison or Range officer.  Would this be a viable option for a minute , or just walk away??

With a "1911" mount profile, I would suspect no.  I believe the SA Garrison uses a Novak cut rear sight. EGW sells a rmr-type red dot mount for a Novak mount for $49.  You can look at a Vortex Venom new for $250.

If Novak mount then look to Burris Novak adapter. Works for Docter / Vortex / Burris reflex sights. Radius profile and looks great. EGW is solid, but does not look well finished (on a gun, nothing wrong with mount). I can vouch for no zero issues on both. They are solid, just use blue loctite.
