TOZ problem
New TOZ fired OK out of the box, without grips. Installed Andrew's 3D printed grips, and now the firing pin clicks, but does not hit the cartridge (no dent).
Removed grips, still clicks, no fire.
Any suggestions before disassembly?

Take the grips off and examine the gun very carefully for a plastic chip where it shouldn't be. It has happened to me with wood grips.

Re: TOZ problem
Mine would act up if I didn't have enough torque on the accelerator screw. 1/8 of a turn or less would make the difference. But I don't know that changing grips could induce that malfunction.

Boxturtle- you made my day! I blew out the innards and the pistol now fires! Thank you so much!Boxturtle wrote:Take the grips off and examine the gun very carefully for a plastic chip where it shouldn't be. It has happened to me with wood grips.
