can anyone tell me what I have?  It DOES NOT FIT THE MOD. 52-1 I have. it does seem to accept .38 wadcutters, won't fit a .45 no markings.MYSTERY MAGAZINE??? Mm210

I've got one.  It's a bit fussy about ammo, but it shoots very well.  Been about a decade since I last fired it.

38 super mag converted to 38 spl. Made by Clark and others prior to the Colt 38spl mags being available

Yeah we are old. I have all three versions of the Colt 38spl wad cutter magazines. Picked up a Larry Lueteneger custom 1911 38 wad gun a few years back and went looking for spare magazines.
Magazines go for around $130 and I can’t put a price on the one that Clark made..
