KC Crawford built 38 Super.  Caspian frame and slide with a 6 inch Barsto barrel.  Hand held group at 25 yards with hands resting on carpet roll.  Two five shot strings with the Zero 115 JHP, WW 231, and RP primer in mixed brass.  Should be running right at 1000 FPS.   FWIW I believe that at 25 yards the gun will stick them all in the primary hole just to the right of the "X".   Hope to get to a 50 yard range soon.

Is that an old Burris 1 scope? I wish I still had mine. How was recoil?

Recoil is pretty soft.  Scope is the Old Gil Hebard Burris 2X.  After a brief exposure to the Aimpoint scopes in the mid 80s I went all Burris on my paper punchers.  Batteries NEVER go out.   I like the 2X version on steady days.  Own a few of the 1X versions that are easier to shoot on the shakey days.
