Pardini Problem - Won't Reset?
Shot the .22 fine. Decided to switch to .32acp. I usually have a little trouble seating the bolt (new to switching out the calibers). Shot one round then it wouldn't fire. Messed around then got it to fire another but now it won't fire at all. The trigger moves slightly but feels funny. After a couple other guys looked at we found if you cocked it then moved the safety from fire to safe and back again it would fire but only one round at a time. Where do I start to find out what is wrong or what to do? I haven't changed anything in the trigger etc. Only added Larry's Guns ribs and that's it so it is basically stock from the factory.
Another question. When dealing with the above, I dropped the mag and tried to cycle the bolt wo unload the chambered round that didn't fire but it wouldn't come off the extractor. Kind of hard to make the gun safe without picking around to get the round off the extractor.
Thanks,
Jeff

Re: Pardini Problem - Won't Reset?
Could you have forgotten to switch the spring and the pin that goes inside the spring so the pin end of the spring goes into the pistol first? Only asking because one time I forgot to put the pin inside the spring and it would not cycle correctly with out the pin.

No, got that right. But it always takes me a bit of fiddling to get the bold to slide in and seat.
Interesting the pin for the .22 is longer than the .32acp.

Check to make sure the recoil buffer has not broken into pieces and then fell into the trigger group. Ask me how I know.......

Hmmm... I hope not. I've only had it since July and have maybe 600 rounds through it.
