.22 boresnake.....with brush or removed brush???
for .22 hs lsp barrel,i bought a boresnake,the brush is neccesary in a .22 or removed???

I remove the brush from mine, in all calibers.

The bore snakes were designed to be an emergency or temporary leaning device.. I'm not high on dragging a dirty rag through my bore.. Even with the brush they don't do a very good job of cleaning the throat...

If I remember correctly LSP doesn't recommend anything more that a Q-Tip being pushed through their barrels. I just use one of those pull through patch worms made out of weed wacker cord.
