I use one that everything is within easy reach while seated in a good office chair.

My bench is made from a former kitchen cabinet. It works well with my Dillon 550, with the "strong mount" base. Tried a bar stool, but found I must stand for the best sight, reach and leverage.

The height where your forearms do not go above level to place brass and bullets. Along with good posture whether standing or sitting. I stand.

Mine is 33" and I sit on a 23" stool for most everything I do.
