It fits in place of the rear sight.

Amazon...then trim it.

Adhered to the bottom of the dust cover using some double sided 3M tape.

You have to trim it a little to fit, but it's easy since it's soft plastic. 

I only mounted this in order to attach a Mantis X3.

Yep that's what I imagined

I want to attach a MantisX system as well and I don't see this setup holding the weight of anything heavier or being able to hold zero, especially with recoil
