Sara, that’s the slide of a Colt Gold Cup to which Jon has drilled and tapped holes and a Clark rail for an optic. Jon modified the rail by cutting a slot in the underside, at the bow (front end), so that when mounted the rail will sit over the front sight. I.e., he doesn’t have to remove the FS. And he also modified the stern with a cut out so the rear sight remains as well.  The sights aren’t functional with the rail installed, but it leaves the option to go back and forth

You’ll love it and will immediately add 10 points to your slow fire score!lol! Razz
