S&W sw22 Victory
I am putting a new trigger in my SW22 Victory but having trouble reinstalling the safety and hammer. Just cannot get the hammer pin in. Anyone have tips or suggestions on getting all the holes lined up I would very much.appreciate it.

A tapered sleve pin or tapered punch many times will be easier to get into the holes and help.to get them aligned when Inserting the pin
I use a tapered punch all the time to align and hold the sear and disconnector on a 1911 during assembly.

I have always found that a round wood tooth pic works quite well too.jglenn21 wrote: I use a tapered punch all the time to align and hold the sear and disconnector on a 1911 during assembly.
