Is anyone doing any loading with Alliant Clay DOT powder?  Curious as to loads being used if any.   Forums say and Alliant says it was designed
to mimic Hodgens CLAY as close as possible.  I have loaded a few 45acp rounds by weight of 3.8gr Clay DOT w/ 200 LSWC and some loads of 4.0 of Clay DOT with 200 and 185 LSWCs.  Not had a chance to shoot em yet?
The powder is readily available to me for a VERY reasonable price. My favorite WST is hard for me to find at any price.  Thanks   NMBUZZ

I only used it for a while. It didn't perform as well as I'd like in cooler temps in my gun. It did fine in warmer weather.

I moved to N310 when I found it. I'm trying to shoot as much hardball as I can now. If not, I would have kept with Clay Dot.

Yes. It worked well for me with 185 and 200 swc with 3.4-3.9 GR in .45,
And I load 3.8 GR for 115 hornady hap bullets for ppc.
