Using different expander die with Dillon XL650? Empty Using different expander die with Dillon XL650?

I would like to expand some cases while using a Dillon XL650 but unfortunately the dies are not available from Dillon.  What is the best way of handling this using a separate die than the combination powder funnel/expander setup?  Should I put the die in Station 1 and de-prime separately or put it in Station #3 or?

I have always had a single stage press.(Lee)
I also have a Lee 1000 progressive.
I always go back to the single stage for precision reloading and certain deeds that need to be performed.

On a 550 I use a lee die with a customized .362 expander for remington hbwc's

My preference would be in 3 as I don't use a powder cop.

Same here as far as no powder cop.  My only concern was shoving an expander in the case with powder in it.

Beezer, how much powder are we talking here? It's no where close to the expander .
