Lead bullet feeder mods for press?

This video shows mods to get a Hornady bullet feeder die work with lead bullets. It basically involves boring/dremeling out the collets to allow for the larger diameter.
Has anyone else done this or have a feeder adapted to work?
I use a Lee turret press and have removed my sizing/decapping die to a separate press, since I do that operation first before cleaning. The order on the turret is expand/powder, bullet feeder, seater, final crimp.
The bullet feeder just has a 2-3" long plastic tube on the end so I can drop bullets into it mindlessly as I pump the handle. It is MUCH faster than hand placing bullets, but just works with JHP.
I have ordered a new Hornady die to try and modify it for lead, but wondering anyone else has a SWC system working? It doesn't have to be a Lee, that's just what I have.
If you haven't seen one before, I also have this ejector system installed, saving another step. http://inlinefabrication.com/products/case-ejector-for-the-lee-classic-turret-reverse-rotation

Re: Lead bullet feeder mods for press?
I received my Hornady bullet die today. I have a four-jaw chuck for my woodworking lathe, so I chucked up the bottom collet and used a spinning grinding/polishing wheel to remove the approximately 0.001" it takes to get the bullet to drop cleanly.
I used a Dremel with a small grinding cylinder to work on the inside, then followed up with a polishing bit. I worked in from both sides, with the tool depth set so that you could not insert it past the interior lip. Move it grind/hone the interior with some gentle pressure for 10-20 seconds, checked the fit of the Zero 185gr LSWC , and did it again. The second time seems to have done it.
I did not touch the second collet.
So far, LSWC bullets are dropping fine. Time will tell if the bullet lube builds up, etc. or if it needs further adjustment. I just finished and tested it briefly, but have not done a run of ammo through it.
There is some potential there anyway.

Am using the DAA Mini Mr Bulletfeeder mechanism on a XL650, works good on lead or anything bullets. No modifications required.

Re: Lead bullet feeder mods for press?
I had problems with the Hornady mod for cast lead (I had slightly better luck with staged lead). It wouldn't drop any bullets one round, than it would drop 3 the next. I know many people get it to work, I wasn't one of them.
Sc0, you have zero issues with the mini Mr bulletfeeder? I might have to look into one. Seems pricey for what it is, but if it works....
